- How can I get Refund or my Money back ?
1. Please login to your account on http://whiz.in 2. Goto My Billing and >> Request refund. Enter the amount you want the refund for and Submit 3. Money will be refunded to your paypal email address within 24 – 48 hrs.
We Recommend : Keep the money in your account if you plan to purchase domains in future. We are generally prompt in refunds so you money is safe in your whiz.in account
There is $1 service charge in case you want refund for convinience via Paypal. In case there is an issue we are not able to resolve there is no service charge for refund.
For Moneybookers, the refund charge is variable between $2 to $5 regardless of reason for refund.
- How do I view all my domains ?
In order to view all your domains, Login to your Account
Goto Products >> Domain Registration >> Search.
Here you can select your search criteria and for "Order Creation Date" select "All time" to view all your domains and finally click on Search
- I have enabled Privacy Protection, but its not working ?
Privacy Protection is not available for the
following domain name extensions:- .US, .IN (including .CO.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .GEN.IN, .FIRM.IN, .IND.IN),
.EU, .UK - Restrictions imposed by the Registry Operator - COOP - Restrictions enforced through ICANN's contract with the
Sponsor/Registry Operator.
If its not one of the above extensions then you can contact support to look at your domains. Also important things to remember when using privacy protection- If you wish to have your domain name Transferred away from
Whiz for some reason, you need to first disable
the Privacy Protection and then place a transfer request at the Registrar of
your choice. - Privacy Protection can be enabled/disabled only for those domain names
which are not in locked/suspended status. -
Depending upon whether the Privacy Protection feature is available for a
domain name or not, the Order Details view of your domain name may or
may not display the Privacy Protection status, under Order Information.
- .US, .IN (including .CO.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .GEN.IN, .FIRM.IN, .IND.IN),
- Why my Domains are not Registered even after Adding Funds ?
If you have added funds to your whiz.in
account and the domain registration has not completed, do the following:
Login in to
your account at whiz.in. Goto My Billing >> list pending invoices and
debit notes >> Select the domains >> and click on Pay button.Adding funds to your
account first enables you to use it as you would use a debit card. If you added
more funds into your account you can use it anytime you want to register a
domain with
us.- How do i change my nameservers in BULK or lock/unlock in bulk

The following are the default Whiz.in Nameservers. You will need this if you are using services like Domain Forwarding and Managed DNS. If your DNS is not set to below the above services will not work.

- How do I move (push) the domain to another Whiz.in account. ?
Pushing domain to another Whiz.in
accounts is extremely easy and instant.Get the customer username (e-mail)
and Customer # of the new contact and after logging into your whiz.in account
select the domain you want to move and then select "Move Services"You can check the details

- "Order Locked In Processing" - Whats the issue?
This is a temporary error and it will clear off on its own in 2-3 hrs. Usually this occurs when there is more load on the system and the order are queued during processing.
- I am getting Error when pushing or transferring domain to others
Are you getting this error when pushing or transferring the domains ?
[7] Error Message: <domain Name> cannot be moved to another Customers account as the associated Domain Registration service is currently under the Money Back period.
You can transfer the domains on 5th Day from registering. We have a money back period of 4 days and during this time you may cancel your domain registration for a small charge. Usually its $1 to cancel the registration but it may vary depending upon the TLD.
- How do I change my Nameservers ?

- Is the money refundable ?
Yes. We will refund your unused balance via paypal. If you have Business or
Premier account you will have to bear the paypal transaction
fees.Simply Login to your account, Goto My Billing >> Request Refund. We will get an email and will process your refund in 24 hrs.
- So do I have to add transaction fee to every domain.
No. There is smart way to handle this. You can "Add Funds"
to your account in one single transaction. For eg. You purchase $50 worth
domains every 3 months. Then you would add $50 to your whiz.in account. So you
will only be charged $1.75 in transaction fee. We recommend that you add atleast
$100 at a time.- Are there any hidden charges ?
There are no hidden charges. But there is a small paypal
transaction fee involved (2.9% + 30 cents for USA and 3.9% + 30 cents for Non USA).You can even add funds by using Google Checkout.

- What is Supersite and Partnersite URL
Partner site IP is 67.15.184.29 which needs to be set A Record.
For your fully branded Supersite url, the Address record is 67.15.184.7.
- I have made changes in my supersite but its not reflecting on my page?
Please note that every time a change is made to your supersite it is necessary to reload your supersite cache.
You can reload your supersite cache from your control panel tools-->reload supersite cache-->all settings.
You can also reload all setting from your SuperSite Admin Area.

To get your private Branded Name Servers :
1 - Login into your control panel.
You will need to create the following 'Child Name Servers' pointing to
the given IP Addresses :
- ns1.yourdomain.com : 67.15.47.189, 67.15.253.220, 67.15.253.251
- ns2.yourdomain.com : 74.54.56.227, 74.54.56.231, 74.54.56.236
- ns3.yourdomain.com : 67.15.47.188, 67.15.253.219, 67.15.253.252
- ns4.yourdomain.com : 74.52.140.82,74.52.140.83,74.52.140.84

2 After creating the necessary child name servers you will need to also
create the corresponding 'A' records for the same, pointing to the
given IP Addresses.
